We can offer a preliminary assessment service.  For £475 we will meet with you to discuss your needs, wants and desires take some preliminary measurements and assess your site its constraints and provide you with some initial ideas and planning options.

You are under no obligation to use our services further but If you chose to hire us to design your dream the assessment fee will be put towards the design fees.
