Hillside Cottage, Cornwall

The clients were looking for a more functional layout to their Cornish Cottage, enhanced head height, an extra bedroom and to take advantage of the sea views available from the grounds. All this was to be delivered within the existing footprint.

SLAB delivered a layout that worked for a growing family by providing an extra bedroom with ocean views and a new ground floor layout with lots more space and natural light.
