Kilmorie Road

A rear extension of a Victorian house and a garden office. There is a loft extension still to be constructed.

The client's existing ground floor layout suffered from a small dark kitchen with awkward access to the dining room.

We proposed a simple infill extension with a large roof lantern. There is a tall window which will overlook a landscaped element immediately outside.

The garden office provides a fantastic office and storage space without compromising the space in the garden space. The clients built most all of this themselves and it just does look amazing!
